What is Project Management? Why are we using Project Management? Is our processes adapted? Do we bring value?
The Global Project Management Academy wants to answer these questions.
Project Management is too often taught without a deep understanding of what are the needs of organizations and individuals. Tools, techniques are nice to know but is unfortunately not enough in today’s world.
Which one to use? When to use them? How to tailor them? are the questions that are often left without answers and without knowledge about how to answer them.
To help you bring your full potential in Project Management, we propose two complementary services:
- Training, to learn about how to manage projects, prepare for the certifications that will bring you and your organization to the next step.
- Consulting and coaching, to confirm and help you refine your Project Management approach.
Knowledge should be available all around the world, going online was for us the logical choice in order to help you wherever you are.
